  1. Combine the oats, chia and protein powder in a container and mix thoroughly
  2. Add the milk and stir through before refrigerating for 15 minutes
  3. Mix the yoghurt and peanut butter together and smooth over the oats
  4. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and peanuts and pop in the fridge ready for the next morning!
